The intermittent hot air circulation single-layer dryer (patented product) is designed by our factory for salted sunflower seeds (caramel), peanuts, tree nuts and other nuts and seeds with a long drying time. the dryer is intermittent drying, adopts a single layer structure of hot air circulation, and a unique push-pull hot air circulation utilization system. With energy saving, high heat exchange rate, fast drying, uniform dehydration, drying time and temperature a large controllable range, the concentrative discharge moisture, improve the working environment of advantages.

Main features

1、Hot air recycling.The hot air generated in the drying process at about 50 ° c-80 ° c is re-heated and dried and recycled. hot air heating to 90 ° c only needs to be heated at 10 ° c-40 ° c.The difference in temperature rise is small, so the energy consumption is low.The energy saving of ordinary dryer is more than 30%, and it is not affected by environmental factors;

2、Effectively improve the working environment, the box is closed. wet tidal air system with separate moisture exhaust discharged to the outside, thus effectively improving the working environment.

3、Unique push-pull hot air circulation system. make the hot air penetration stronger and heat exchange more sufficient, so the material dries faster, the dehydration is more uniform, and the drying time is shorter.
