The hot blast stove is an energy conversion equipment. The energy input to the hot blast stove includes Chemical energy in the fuel, electric energy, heat energy of high-temperature flue gas, etc. The hot air generated in the Fan heater can directly provide the heat energy or heating required for industrial production and people's life. Large hot blast stoves are mainly used for industry, and small hot blast stoves are mainly used for life. There are many classifications of hot air furnaces, mainly including the following:
1. Built-in combustion model: Due to the compact size and space limitations of small and medium-sized units, and to maintain portability, it is a method of installing combustion components inside the machine for industrial use.
2. External combustion model: On some large units, due to the instability and inability to meet high power generated by internal combustion components, a combustion machine is directly installed on the machine to achieve greater heat output and stability.
3. Air pump low-pressure series: A method of supplying fuel to the burner by driving the carbon brush to generate strong pressure through high-speed operation of the motor. However, due to the low pressure, it cannot meet the high fuel consumption demand and is generally used for small fuel units;
4. High pressure oil pump series: A method of supplying fuel to the burner by driving the oil pump to generate extremely strong pressure through the high-speed operation of the motor. Due to its stable performance and strong pressure, it is commonly used in medium-sized fuel units;
5. Direct combustion series: without a heat exchange system, in the form of direct exhaust, the flue gas is discharged together, the outlet temperature reaches 300 degrees Celsius or above, and the heat conversion efficiency reaches 100%;
6. Intermittent combustion series: Equipped with a heat exchanger, the flue gas is recycled through the heat exchanger to improve thermal efficiency, with a thermal efficiency of over 90%. The flue gas is separated, fresh air is supplied indoors, and combustion exhaust is discharged outdoors, which has a strong advantage over direct combustion;
7. Axial flow fan model: It is a function of direct heat dissipation driven by an ordinary fan driven by a motor, which can generate large air flow and pressure, but generally has high noise;.
8. Centrifugal fan model: The improved turbine shaped fan driven by an electric motor achieves heat dissipation function, can generate super large air flow and super strong wind pressure, and has a silent function, which is widely accepted in the market;
9. Mobile: Placing the unit on a movable bracket with wheels allows for easy movement of the unit with just one person, which has significant advantages over fixed units;
10. Fixed type: Generally, it is a large unit, and for the convenience of management and safe operation, this type of machine is generally used.
11. Hoisting type: In many places, due to the small space, the ground value is extremely valuable. Choosing to hoist equipment can save a lot of space for business owners.
12. Built in fuel tank type: Most small and medium-sized models are designed with a built-in fuel tank for portability.
13. External fuel tank type: Some lifting and large units have chosen a non fuel tank design due to their own characteristics and fuel type limitations.
Classified from the perspective of fuel, it can be divided into fuel oil (usually diesel or kerosene), gas (also divided into natural gas and liquefied gas), coal, electricity, etc.
The above is the classification of hot air stoves. There are so many types, and the finer the classification, the better it serves everyone.
